At Enamour, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make the return process as simple and straightforward as possible.
14-Day Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Have all original tags attached.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@enamour.nl. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made products

Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
We also reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or are returned without their original tags or packaging.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, simply return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or you received a defective or incorrect item.
