EU Returns & Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union (EU), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized products, gift cards, and final sale items, may not be eligible for return where permitted by law.

Customers Outside the European Union

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to orders delivered within the European Union.

For orders delivered outside the EU, returns are accepted in accordance with Enamour's Return & Refund Policy and are subject to our standard return conditions.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge provided it has not yet entered processing or been shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep your purchase, you may request a return after delivery, provided your order meets the eligibility requirements outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
